Since 2016

Fernando, our lead chef has 30+ years experience in the restaurant industry from dishwasher to chef to kitchen manager to restaurant owner. In 2006, Fernando partnered with 2 friends to open a restaurant in East Ridge. In 2016, he dissolved his partnership and moved down the street to open Fernando's where we have an extensive menu, daily buffet, catering services, banquet rooms, and more!
